One metaphor that I think would be the most appropriate for this entire course would be a caterpillar. Caterpillars are shy and innocent at first, but will be tranformed into a beautiful butterfly.
At first when I was introduced to this subject, I did not know that there are strategies and techniques required for a simple search engine. As I go along, I open myself to more knowledge and began applying what has been taught in my projects.
Now that it has come to an end, I began to appreciate what this subject has taught me. I realise the beauty and the art of applying search strategies to optimise search results to do projects efficiently. I am truly grateful that I have learnt something valuable and I will apply my aquired skills whenever necessary in the future.
