Meta-search is not useful for my research topic, while on the other hand subject directories are not constantly updated. In conclusion, it will be much easier and convenient to use search engines instead.
Ebooks took me a longer time to navigate and it displays irrelevant results for most of the time. Despite efforts to rephrase keywords to refine my search, it makes no difference in the quality of search results. One major disadvantage I observed is the lack of picture illustrations. Ebooks, like any other hard cover books generally contain more textual information.
When people think of fashion trends, pictures can help users to visualise fashion trends with pictures. I will feel that when it comes to fasion, it is not all about description with words.
Ebooks also take time to write and "publish", fashion trends on the other hand can change as quickly as every quarter of the year. Therefore, there is the issue of "time lag" between the fashion show and when the book is officially published.
I will seek inspiration from reports that falls under "New Arrivals". Although the relevance of the data cannot be guaranteed, new information can accurately tell me the fashion trends in Europe.
Annual Reports. As I am studying in a business school, it requires me to write numerous reports for my projects. The annual reports can serve as references that are relevant to the industry that I am currently studying. They are annual reports of famous hotels, which are relevant to the industry that I am studying. These reports will provide important tips and information that I cannot learn in the classroom. Taking professional reports as a reference can aid and improve the quality of my report and refine my writing skills.
